Thanksgiving weekend

We had a grand ol' Thanksgiving at MeMaw and PawPaw's house like we always do. The food was great of course. The Cowboys lost another close game that they should have won (but their kickers have really stunk this year). Oh, and former Cowboy Gary Hogeboom got the boot on Survivor, so it was even a bad day for old Cowboys. We heard that Darve's family was off running around New York and Connecticut for some reason. Maybe he'll share some good photos over at his site.

The kids went to see Santa at the mall. Usually Kimberly just takes photos because we don't want to pay for the "official" photos, but they wouldn't let her take her own pics this year. We'll have to go back so I can stand to the corner and take some without asking first, ha ha. Hayden sat on his lap, but Aubree chickened out.

Festival of Lights (11-19-05)

Grandpa called on Saturday to see if we wanted to bring the kids and meet him, Nana, Cami, and Ethan at the festival. Kimberly had just started working a temporary second job so she wasn't home, but I took the kids and went.

Here's some giant trees in front of Lake Jackson City Hall.

Hayden is riding a sled down a snowy ramp. (Aubree chickened out.)

Holding some raindeer pencils.

Hayden on a pony. (Aubree chickened out.)

A couple of snow bunnies. (After Mommy came home, we went to the parade.)

Ho Ho is bringing up the rear of the parade.

Inside a tree of lights.

Aren't we cute.

See you later.

early Christmas pics

On Saturday we took several family pictures in front of the tree with the purpose of choosing one to use for our Chirstmas cards this year. I won't show you the one that we're going to use, but none of them came out perfect. It's near impossible to get all four family members to have a good take at the same time.

If you want to be sure to receive a Christmas card from us, you'd better email us and give us your mailing address (unless you're 100% confident that we already have it).

lots of Aubree

100% Kosher. I had the hotel do my laundry when I was in Jerusalem. When I got my clothes back, this shirt was in my bag. I knew that they'd never figure out who it belonged to, so I kept it. Usually Hayden wears it as a night shirt, but sometimes Aubree uses it.

Two curly heads.

What a princess.

Not again. This time Darth is a girl.

Even pretty with a black cape on.

Yes, we've already got our tree up. We're taking pictures for our Christmas cards.

Hayden's head

Hayden's been begging me to make a picture of him like the one I have of myself up in the corner, so here it is.

pics taken today (11-05-05)

We went to watch Christian's football game this morning. He looks tough, doesn't he?

Two knuckleheads: Easy E & Triple S.

The Sith are in the house...uh oh.
